"Subscription" Now Called "Reload" + Other Updated Text

This week, we started going through our web app and updating some of the terminology we're using.

Here is a list of the changes: 

Old Term -> New Term

Subscriptions = Reload

Inventory (on charts) = Available

Queue = Pending

Pause = Skip

None of the functionality has changed. We're simply prepping the site for future changes and our shift away from what we've historically called a "subscription" service (even though we never were a true subscription box) into our eventual goal of a Digital Ammo Wallet.
