Hey everybody, Sarah from the AmmoSquared team here. I'm going to show you how to use the One Time Buy option. This option allows you to purchase ammo in between or outside of your AutoBuy schedule as a one time purchase. You can use this to buy bulk ammo, buy a random caliber here and there, try out something new, or just take advantage of when a caliber you want is at a lower price.
Once you're logged into your AmmoSquared account, just go up to the left navigation bar and click on Ammo Accounts. Choose the account you want to view and click on View Details. This opens up your Stored Ammo tab, which is your inventory showing you a list of all the calibers you have and all the rounds for each one that are currently stored. You'll see the Buy More button under each caliber. That's what you want to click to buy more of that caliber as a one time purchase.
If there's a caliber you want to buy rounds for that is not in your list, just go up to Calibers here and click on that. Scroll through the list and choose whatever you want. I'm going to go ahead and just choose 22 Magnum and click on Add to add it to my account. If you have multiple accounts just click which account you want to add it to.
That's going to automatically open up your AutoBuy tab because that new caliber is now listed here at 0% for your allocation for your next AutoBuy, so this is just giving you an opportunity to update that if you want to just take a second to rearrange and update these percentages for your next AutoBuy. I'm just going to do this one time buy so I'm going to leave that alone and go back to my Stored Ammo tab.
Now that caliber is listed here so I'm going to click Buy More. That opens up the Buy Ammo page, showing me the caliber I've chosen. If I already had rounds stored it would show that here. It shows the price per round and up here it tells me how much a full box holds, which is the default that it is set to here. So just change that to whatever you would like, I'm going put 123 rounds. Click outside of that or click enter, just something to refresh the screen. Leave the Market Price checked if you want to purchase now, verify payment method, verify the total, then click Buy Ammo and that purchases those rounds immediately.
All purchased rounds first go into Pending and within about 24 hours it hits your inventory and shows up in your Stored Ammo tab. Now you'll see that the caliber is listed here and those 123 rounds are pending. If I log in within 24 hours I'll probably see this yellow, meaning those are allocated and available.
That is it for the One Time Buy feature. If you need more help check out our support page for FAQ's or reach out to our support team.
