If you request ammo to be shipped you should see a tracking email within 3-4 business days. In some cases we might need to hold your shipment if you live in a restricted state and we need to verify documentation - if that is the case just make sure anything typically required in your state is uploaded to your profile (DL, FOID card, etc).
You will find the upload section by logging into your account, clicking on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner, clicking on the Account Settings, then scroll down to find the Documents & Files section.
