You can cancel a subscription at any time. Simply log into your dashboard, click the Subscriptions Tab on the left side of the screen, or in the menu if on a mobile device, to view your subscription. Click on the subscription you would like to cancel. In the subscription, there will be a cancel option in the top portion of the subscription information.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically initiate a shipment of your outstanding inventory. You will still need to request your ammo using an Ammo Request. Keep in mind that we still may need to charge your card on file shipping in order to ship our your ammo - so don't remove your card information until your ammo has shipped!
Refunds: If you would like a refund, you will need to contact customer service at: connect@ammosquared. There will be a 20% restocking fee if your ammo has already been allocated to your inventory. If it is still in a Processing stage there is no fee for a refund. If you have a mix of ammo in inventory and processing, the fee will only apply to the ammo that has been allocated to your inventory.
