Not everything goes as planned and we are working hard to fix a variety of system issues related to the new site and the migration of old accounts.
Crate 1 Disappearing: If you had a subscription that came over from the old system and you don't see it, you'll need to enter your payment info for it to appear. If you create a new crate before doing this, your Crate 1 will (sometimes) disappear on your dashboard. The information is not deleted, just the status has changed and we need to switch it on the backend. Contact customer support and we can fix it for you.
FIXED (these should now be fixed in the system):
Shotgun Flow:The shotgun flow is defaulting Practice Rounds to Slugs. This has to do with the way shotgun characteristics are recorded in our system. The work around for this is the following: If you want Buckshot, select "Self Defense" and if you are looking for birdshot, select either Hunting and the relevant animal type (ie: Upland Bird), or you can select "Competition" to get ammo for Sporting Clays.
Credit Purchase Bug: If you purchase anything with 100% credits - either buying up ammo (now turned off temporarily), shipping, or just having credits used for a regular subscription renewal, your ammo will not show up in your Queue. This has something to do with the fact that the system is generating a $0 invoice and isn't registering the ammo buy or shipping request. This is a HIGH PRIORITY bug for us and we are working on fixing it.
Credits on Emails showing x100: If you recently received an email with any reference to a Credit (such as through a sell back) it might have shown an amount 100 times the actual credit amount. For example if you sold $5.00 worth of ammo your confirmation might show $500 credit. This is only reflected in the email and not in your account credits. It just looks like you hit the jackpot... but alas, really didn't. We're working on fixing this minor bug.
