If you want to close your account completely you'll need to take some steps:
1. Make sure you have no more active Crates. That means you have shipped what is shippable, or sold back all remaining inventory and have Deleted any Active Crates (which will automatically issue a credit for any ammo in Queue).
2. Next you'll need to send an email or create a support portal ticket to let us know that you would like to close your account. We can then close your account within 1-3 business days and issue a refund for any remaining credits on your account. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from any refunds issued.
