If you want to close your account completely you'll need to take some steps:
Step 1: Check your Ammunition Asset Account for Ammo, you can either ship this ammo or delete your Asset Account which will return your ammo and issue a credit.
-
- Ship Ammo- How do I request an ammo shipment?
- Delete Ammunition Asset Account-How to Delete / Cancel an Asset Account
Step 2: Email customer service at connect@ammosquared.com to request a refund of credits.
In some instances, we can refund your credit card but due to the nature of most customers' payments (spread out over many months) that may not be an option.
If that's not an option then we can issue a check for the refund.
Step 3: Make sure to STOP any recurring ACH Reloads you may have set up, they are two separate things and they will continue to run even if your ammunition asset account is canceled.
Step 4: Please allow 1-3 business days for everything to be processed.

I have been a subscriber for a few months now. You do not seem to be able to acquire the ammo I need so I am canceling this subscription, why should I keep paying you for something I am not getting? Thank you but I want cancel.
I do understand the frustration. We've been dealing with supply shortages since mid 2020. There are still many calibers that are not as readily available as others. I see you primarily subscribed to hunting calibers - those are one of the hardest to source right now. In a perfect world we would be allocating everything right away like we are now with most of our common calibers which are easier to source: 9mm, 45 ACP, 7.62 Nato, etc. Eventually the manufacturers will catch up to the 30-30, 410 and 45 LC and we'll be allocating those quickly as well, but we're not there yet. Our service is not ecommerce so there is a lag time which varies depending on caliber. Any rounds in your queue are yours at the priced you paid, so one strategy I can suggest is not contribute any on those until those specific calibers get filled, because they will get filled with time as everything catches up.
Ammosquared Inc cant ship to Alaska, which isnt in any of the shipping info you had on your website at the time I signed up months ago. And now I find out that you dont ship to Alaska through an email you sent after requesting you ship my crate. I also read that you will charge me a $10.00 processing fee and with hold a 5% fee, because you didnt advise that you cant ship to Alaska. Honestly in this age of tech, this is poor business practice..........
That information is under the FAQ -> Shipping Related -> Can you ship to my state? This particular FAQ was last updated a year ago so we don't try to hide the information. We can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii because ammunition can't be shipped via air and we can't send ground shipments of ammunition through Canada. The 5% fee is because you have ammo allocated to you that was specifically purchased for you. You could have returned the ammo any time it was in queue (before it was allocated to you) with no fee. The $10 refund processing fee is because I have to manually write a check and mail it to you - which costs both time and money.
