When ammo is added to your online account, its first stop is the "Queue".
This is where every round goes first whether we have an abundance of that round in the warehouse or not. The system then aggregates the quantities of each SKU in the queue and compares it with our physical inventory. Currently this happens about every 24-48 hours but in the future it will be instant.
If the round you have in queue is available in our warehouse in sufficient quantity to meet your request then it will be allocated to your inventory within that 24-48 hour window. Once it is in your inventory, it becomes shippable right away.
On the other hand, if we don't have enough of that round on hand to allocate it right away, we will get a notification that we need to order more. Unfortunately due to the ammo shortage, we are seeing delays from our manufacturers and distributors for some popular rounds.
Once we receive enough of that round in our warehouse to allocate to you, you will see it moved from your Queue to your Inventory. If at any time you are tired of waiting for a round to be allocated you can click the "Return" button to receive a 100% credit refund to use on something different.
