In my recent announcement, I mentioned that we are discontinuing 408 of our 508 SKUs - leaving just our top 100.
I want to emphasize that the ammo you have paid for is yours until you return/sell it or ship it - it is not disappearing. Even once the SKU is discontinued, the inventory will still be there, you just won't be able to add any more to those specific SKUs.
So what needs to be done to prepare for this change? Here are the steps:
Step 1: Remove the caliber from your reload. You do this on the Reload Tab (NOT the Inventory Tab). You should see a red "x" like this. (if you are on a phone you may need to turn it sideways, or swipe to the left):
Pressing the Red X will delete the caliber from your reload but not do anything with your Inventory or Pending.
Step 2: If you don't want to buy up, you will have some "leftovers" in your account that you want to do something with - you can return them if they are still Pending or sell them if they are in inventory. It might make sense to sell/return on some calibers and buy up on others to even out your inventory.
For Inventory, you can sell by clicking on the "Sell" button, under the 3-dot menu to the right of the caliber. You'll see a screen like this that will allow you to change the number of rounds you want to sell:
For Pending, you'll need to navigate to the Pending tab and return past purchases. That looks like this:
It might take a little more work (math) doing it this way which is why the best option is to buy up if you are able to do so.
Thats it!
To summarize, the important steps are:
1. Remove the SKU from your Subscription
2. Decided how you want to get to full boxes - buying up, selling or returning pending.
