What tabs are available in my Ammo Plan?
Your Ammo Plan has six tabs: Stored Ammo, AutoBuy, Shipping, Activity, Pending, and Invoices. Access them by going to Ammo Plans in the left menu and clicking Edit Ammo Plan on any account.
What can I see under the Stored Ammo tab?
You'll see your account name, total account value, and total round count. Scrolling down shows a breakdown by caliber — including quantity, total value, current price per round, and your average purchase price. Yellow bars indicate ammo that's available and ready to ship; gray bars indicate pending rounds.
What do the four buttons under each caliber do?
- Move – Transfers ammo between accounts (only visible if you have multiple accounts).
- Exchange – Swap rounds for a different caliber at any time.
- Return – Return rounds for ammo credit, or contact support to request a refund.
- Buy More – Make a one-time purchase, take advantage of lower prices, or try a new caliber. Outside of your recurring AutoBuy.
Why are my purchased rounds showing as "Pending"?
Newly purchased rounds go to Pending first and are moved to your Stored Ammo inventory as they become available, usually 24-48 hours. You can monitor this under the Pending tab.
How do I manage my AutoBuy settings?
Under the AutoBuy tab, you can view your current calibers and their allocation percentages, add or remove calibers, adjust your budget and frequency, change the date of your next AutoBuy, pause your account and manage your payment methods. Make sure allocations always add up to 100% and click Save after any changes.
What's the difference between Allocation and Quantity in AutoBuy?
You can toggle between the two views. Allocation shows the percentage of your budget assigned to each caliber. Quantity shows how many rounds that percentage translates to at your current budget and price per round.
Can I skip an AutoBuy without canceling or changing my settings?
Yes. Use the Pause AutoBuy button at the bottom of the AutoBuy tab to pause your next 1, 2, or 3 months without altering your budget, frequency, or allocations.
What shipping trigger options are available?
Go to the Shipping tab. There are four shipping triggers to choose from. The default is Shippable Value, which will trigger once your ammo reaches $250, and is eligible for free shipping. Once you set a trigger, you can see a visual indicator of how close you are to reaching it at the top.
You can also edit or change your Shipping address and see your shipping history on this tab.
What is AutoShip?
Once a shipping trigger is set, you can enable AutoShip to have your ammo automatically shipped when the trigger is reached — no need to log in and request it manually.
What is the "Round Up to Full Box" option?
Since AmmoSquared only ships full boxes, any loose rounds are normally left in your inventory when a shipment goes out. Enabling this option means those loose rounds are automatically topped off to a full box, charged to your account, and included in the shipment, so nothing is left behind.
Where can I see a history of my account activity?
The Activity tab shows a chronological list of all purchases, allocations, shipments, returns, and exchanges. The Invoices tab lists purchase invoices in order, and you can click any invoice for a detailed view.
