If you choose to delete the ammo account, the balance will be credited to your AmmoSquared account but IS NOT automatically refunded.

*There is a 5% restock fee on all returned ammo after 30 days, it will be waived when its within 30 days of signing up. 

• If you would like that money refunded to your card on file, we can do that if the purchase is within 90 days.
• If your purchase is older than 90 days, we can issue a physical check for the amount of your account credits, less a $5 check processing fee.

Just contact customer service at connect@ammosquared.com and we can issue the refund for you.

Please contact us with any payment related issue! DO NOT ISSUE A CHARGE BACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A WAY TO RESOLVE YOUR PAYMENT ISSUE. This hurts our business reputation with our payment processor and drives up our cost - which means we need to raise prices. We will work with you but you have to contact us first.
