Our refund policy is SIMPLE: we'll refund 100% of any money paid any time for ammo pending. If you have ammo that has already been allocated to your inventory you can sell it anytime - there is a 5% fee for this because we already purchased and allocated that ammo to you, so there are additional costs on our end.
If you would like to cash out completely, first sell all ammo in your crates and cancel the crate, then contact customer service so we can issue a refund for your credit balance. In some instances, we can refund your credit card and will attempt this first but due to the nature of most customers' payments (spread out over many months), this typically isn't an option. If we are unable to add a credit back to your card on file we will issue a paper check for the outstanding balance.
Please contact us with any payment related issue! DO NOT ISSUE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A WAY TO RESOLVE YOUR PAYMENT ISSUE. This hurts our business reputation with our payment processor and drives up our cost - which means we need to raise prices. We will work with you but you have to contact us first.
