At AmmoSquared we do our very best to package your ammo so it arrives in pristine condition, intact and not damaged while in transit. But sometimes packages are damaged or lost after it leaves our warehouse despite the great lengths we go to to prevent this. We strongly recommend purchasing Insurance when submitting a shipping request just in case this happens so we can replace the ammo for you.

If your package is Lost or Delayed: The first step is to contact UPS and put a Trace on the package. Best case is that they are able to find the package deliver it successfully. If not, they will start a Claim to investigate what may have happened. After contacting UPS to put a Trace or open an investigation, send us an email with the information at Connect@AmmoSquared.com. Failure to contact us could result in UPS denying the claim, and therefore the resolution.
If your package shows up Damaged and the ammo is missing or damaged, the first thing to do is take pictures of everything. We'll need pictures of each side of the outer box, as well as pictures of the contents when you open the outer box, as well as pictures of the state of ammo inside the box. Failure to provide these pictures could result in UPS denying the claim, and therefore the resolution. After you've taken these pictures, send them into customer support at Connect@AmmoSquared.com with a description. We'll promptly start a claim and get to a resolution as quickly as we can.
