When setting up a new Ammo Plan, by default the Shipping Trigger is set at a $250 Shippable Value and to AutoShip. Round Up is turned off. You can always edit this on the Shipping tab after clicking on Edit Ammo Plan. For more on Shipping Triggers and how to edit them go Here
What happens when my Shipping Trigger is met?
- You get an email that your Shipping Trigger has been met with options to Ship Now or Cancel Shipment.
- If AutoShip is turned on, your shipment will be put in a Shipping Queue to be shipped in 3 days unless you choose the Ship Now option.
- When your shipment moves from the Shipping Queue to be processed, your shipment typically leaves the warehouse within a day or two.
- Once a tracking number is assigned, you will get an email with that tracking number. Also, this information will show in your account under Shipping History. Select this by clicking on the person icon in the top right.
**Important**
- Our Free Shipping is through UPS Ground.
- If your Shipping Trigger has been met and your Shipment is in the 3 day Queue, updating the address in your account will NOT change it for the shipment. Call or email Customer Support.
- If you need to Cancel, Edit or Pause/Hold a shipment, call or email Customer Support.
- Address changes after the shipment has been loaded on the truck or already in transit can be requested through Customer Service however you will be responsible for the cost involved.
- Even if you have an AutoShip Shipping Trigger set up, you can manually ship ammo to yourself. Request Shipment
